A Modern Spring Wedding at The St. Regis Washington, DC
A beautiful May celebration, a move to the Dominican Republic, and an exciting new chapter ahead. Mary and Jeff’s St. Regis DC wedding marked the beginning of a wonderful new season in their lives. Set against the hotel’s historic architecture and elegant interiors, their spring celebration brought together modern romance, timeless style, and the joy of celebrating with loved ones.
Wedding Venue
The St. Regis Washington, DC, was a beautiful setting for Mary and Jeff’s spring wedding. From the lovely Astor Terrace to the elegant interiors at Astor Ballroom, there were so many great spots for photos. We loved exploring the different spaces with Mary and Jeff and capturing their special day.
Reception: Astor Ballroom
The hotel’s signature ballroom features Palladian windows, crystal chandeliers and 18-foot ceilings. It is designed for grand, elegant receptions and can accommodate approximately 150–180 seated wedding guests, depending on the setup.
Ceremony: Astor Terrace
An outdoor courtyard-style terrace surrounded by the hotel’s architecture. It offers an intimate, European-inspired setting for ceremonies, cocktail hours and rehearsal dinners. The hotel lists a reception capacity of 150 guests.
